Harefield Manor Hotel, Romford

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from a shopping mall and train station, making it excellent for easy access to transportation and shopping. The rooms, although tiny and set right onto the road, are cozy and suitable for a short stay. The service from the staff, especially the receptionist doubling up as a bartender, is friendly and helpful. However, there may be some noise disturbances, like loud talking from the staff, that can be bothersome. The dining experience offers a good standard of cuisine, but some areas, like cold and hard food, could be improved. Overall, the value for money is decent considering the convenient location.

I stayed in the new build across the road from the main hotel. The room was large enough and lovely, although it could use a few finishing touches. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were rude and not accommodating, creating some inconvenience.
