Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from a shopping mall and train station, making it excellent for easy access to transportation and shopping. The rooms, although tiny and set right onto the road, are cozy and suitable for a short stay. The service from the staff, especially the receptionist doubling up as a bartender, is friendly and helpful. However, there may be some noise disturbances, like loud talking from the staff, that can be bothersome. The dining experience offers a good standard of cuisine, but some areas, like cold and hard food, could be improved. Overall, the value for money is decent considering the convenient location.
I stayed in the new build across the road from the main hotel. The room was large enough and lovely, although it could use a few finishing touches. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were rude and not accommodating, creating some inconvenience. The location was suitable for my business trip, and the outside areas looked beautiful, although some maintenance issues affected the room. The dining experience was mixed, with some nice options but also some shortcomings. Overall, a stay here had its highs and lows.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was delightful. However, the room was a bit small and very old-fashioned, and I encountered some bed bugs. Overall, it did the job and provided great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was huge and very comfortable, but it was extremely hot with no way to adjust the heating, so I had to keep the window open facing a busy road, leading to a restless night. The breakfast had a lovely variety, but the smell of smoke in the lovely area was off-putting, possibly due to its proximity to a communal smoking area.
The hotel was conveniently located and had basic rooms that met expectations for the price. The dining experience had limited service, but the breakfast was good. The only highlight was the location near the M25 motorway, making it easy to reach the desired destinations.
The hotel had clean and comfy rooms, but the conservatory where meals were served was uncomfortably hot. The staff was friendly and professional, though some were not accommodating. The location was convenient for our plans but lacked parking. The dining experience offered tasty options at good value. The beautiful Christmas-themed external areas were a plus for the atmosphere.
The hotel is conveniently located near the underground and Romford's market, making it suitable for a night out or event. The staff is very helpful and informative, and the buffet-style breakfast is enjoyable.
